Hill Health Dental Expansion
A 9,000 sq.ft. addition to house the expansion of the Hill Health Center, Dental offices. Constructed with structural steel, concrete decks, metal frame infill with brick veneer and EIFS exterior finish. Recently completed this new building will also provide a community room, administrative offices, and a new records office. |

Located at 400 Columbus Ave. New Haven, CT. This facility offers a full range of health care services. The addition was built to expand the dental dept.and allow other expansion possibilities.
We were proud to be part of the team assembled to expand this fine facility. |

Montowese Health and Rehabilitation Private Guest Rooms and Ambulance Entrance
Located at 160 Quinnipiac Ave. North Haven, CT.
Montowese Health and Rehabilitation is one of the finist short term rehabilitation facilities in southern Connecticut.
These private guest rooms offer patients all the comforts of home during
their stay at Montowese.
Steel, concrete and masonry construction took place above the ongoing ambulance entrance. Safty of the Montowese personal and patients was the primary concern during construction. |

Montowese Health and Rehabilitation Center
Hydrotherapy Addition constructed to the rear of their hospital facility.
This addition houses a Hydro-therapy pool, changing rooms, bathrooms and a covered patio.
Constructed of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and masonry veneer walls. During the course of constructing the additions at Montowese, we replaced over 300 windows through-out the entire complex with new energy efficient windows. |

Nelson Ambulance / Connecticut Handi-Van
This ambulance storage and repair facility is located directly behind a restored Victorian style house which houses the administrative offices of this business. The owners, concerned
with the look of the site, requested that we design build a metal industrial building that would complement the property.
We Built this 5000 sq. ft. metal building and dressed it up to look like a carriage house and add to the charm of the complex. |

Nelson Ambulance / Ct. Handivan
This was a complete renovation, located on Quinnipiac ave. North Haven, Ct. from a floral retailer to an ambulance repair garage.
After totally gutting the entire building we added a new structural floor to carry the weight of the vehicles, install 3 lifts for under vehicle service, built a new truss roof system,and added new wall finishes to transform this building into a service facility. |

CVS Pharmacy
A new 11,000 sq.ft. CVS store located at Millbrook Plaza on Foxon Rd. East Haven, CT. Working with the CVS people and a very tight schedule was a task but we still completed the project on time and in budget. |

Wallingford Pediatrics
Located on Barnes Rd. in Wallingford, Ct.
This was a 5000 sq.ft. addition to an existing medical building. A steel structure with wood frame infill, and brick veneer exterior and a complete interior build out for a petiatric office. |
